Dr. Evandra Catherine, IMH-E®
Consultant
Dr. Evandra Catherine is the lead consultant at EC Consulting Group, where she supports infant and early childhood mental health professionals, leaders, and systems in engaging in intentional, reflective conversations around issues that impact children and families from birth to age five. Her work helps practitioners deepen their self-awareness, strengthen relationship-based practice, and cultivate equitable, emotionally responsive environments for children and families.

In addition to supporting individual practitioners, Dr. Catherine partners with organizations and systems to examine the policies, practices, and institutional cultures that shape outcomes for young children and their families. Through a systems-level approach, she helps agencies build capacity for reflective, relationship-based practices that promote workforce well-being, organizational effectiveness, and positive developmental outcomes across communities
